This text has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation.

- Ensuring information security and preventing automatic bot applications
4. Legal reasons
Identity, contact and customer transaction data It is processed within the scope of the legitimate interest of the data controller in accordance with Article 5/2-(f) and if it is directly related to the establishment or execution of the contract in accordance with Article 5/2-(c) of the KVKK. Health data is processed only with your explicit consent. Your hair loss statement and the photos you upload will not be processed without your explicit consent in accordance with Article 6/2 of KVKK. 5. Collection method
Your personal data is collected electronically and by completely non-automatic means by filling out the preliminary evaluation and appointment forms on nanohairturkey.com. Unless you fill out the form, no personal data will be transmitted to us.
6. Transfer and transfer abroad
Your data is transferred to the following suppliers in order to provide the service. Since the servers of these suppliers are located outside Türkiye, the transfer in question transfer abroad and is carried out based on your explicit consent in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.

7. Storage periods
- Uploaded photos are deleted immediately after they are added to the e-mail sent to the physician; In case of delay in delivery, it is automatically destroyed within 7 days at the latest.
- Application records are automatically anonymized after 180 days.
- If treatment is started in the clinic, the patient file is stored separately for the periods stipulated by the health legislation.
8. Your rights as a data subject
In accordance with Article 11 of KVKK, you can apply to the data controller and request the following:
- Learning whether your personal data is being processed or not
- If it has been processed, request information about it
- Learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose
- Knowing the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad
- Request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly
- Requesting deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions in the law
- Requesting correction, deletion and destruction transactions to be notified to transferred third parties
- Objecting to a result that is unfavorable to you by being analyzed exclusively by automatic systems
- Requesting compensation for the damage if you suffer damage due to illegal processing
